- For the best result, of course I recommend using my family's secret Scottish Shortbread ingredients.
- Follow the directions on the package and be sure to watch my video and read my FAQ's to make sure your Scottish shortbread turn out perfect.
- After you blend your ingredients and 1 stick of softened butter to a bread crumb consistency in your food processor, simply add about 1/4 cup each of mini white chocolate chips and some freeze dried raspberries and combine with your hands.
- Form into sausage shape and cut into rounds and bake per the package instructions.
I love to eat mine with my favorite cup of coffee for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or just about any time.
