Meet The Founder

Gillian was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and moved from that area to The Woodlands, TX with her family in 2010. She is married to George and they have 3 children, Finlay, Jack and Poppy.

Anyone that knows her knows that she loves to bake and cook and is happiest serving scrumptious home cooked dinners and to-die-for desserts that she prepares with effortless grace and joy!

Every home the Booths have owned has been created and curated around hospitality. Great food and grace laced hospitality features large in Gillian’s life.

Flour of Scotland was created to share Gillian’s passion and love for baking beyond her own kitchen and we hope you enjoy browsing, shopping, and baking memories with and for your own tribe!

What’s in a name?

Gillian married George in July 1996 and left the church as newlyweds to the adopted Scottish national anthem, “Flower of Scotland” played on the bagpipes.
